As a Customer Service Representative for the APAC region, you'll play a critical role in developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote contract basis. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll work closely with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success and drive account growth.
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and be an expert in blithequark offerings, providing guidance and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are happy with the outcome.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects.
- Documentation: Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations.
- Post-Sale Account Management: Be accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service and delivery, communication, and onboarding.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 30+ clients at once.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem Resolution: Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the demand generation or lead management industry.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CRM or customer service certifications.
