Job Overview

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably within SaaS or similar industries.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
