Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Blithequark, you will work in a virtual environment, handling inbound sales calls and providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist customers in finding and purchasing their desired products, while also upselling and cross-selling relevant items.
  • Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and more.
  • Review and understand customer needs, and consistently look for ways to upgrade their experience.
  • Contact item providers to seek additional information that may not be available on the Blithequark website.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance metrics, which will impact your compensation.
  • Work in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain focus on customers, free from distractions.
  • Participate in team engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture.
  • Be flexible and adaptable during peak seasons, which may require adjusted schedules and mandatory overtime.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
