About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences and supporting our healthcare team. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$24, comprehensive training, and a chance to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support via phone, Zoom, and text messages, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist patients with loan applications, testing orders, and supplement sales, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with health coaches to schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as provide administrative support with form completion and other tasks.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations and provide proactive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems and electronic medical records.
  • Certification in patient care, customer service, or a related field.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a schedule that includes:

  • 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 2:00 pm-6:45 pm (Pacific Hours)
