Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, run the register, and provide cashiering services in a fast-paced and friendly manner.
 - Make purchase suggestions and promote our products to customers.
 - Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
 - Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.
 - Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
 - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer care.
 - Think quickly and offer suggestions to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Retail and customer service experience (preferred but not required).
 - Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred but not required).
 - High school diploma or equivalent required.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform at a quick pace.
 - Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun!
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
 - Experience working in a team-based environment.
 - Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
 - Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
 
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
 - Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
 - Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
 - Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
 - Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
 - Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
