As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a large number of customer contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues * Actively listening to customers, understanding their concerns, and using internal resources to find the best solution * De-escalating customer care issues, using conflict management skills to balance customer needs with company capabilities * Troubleshooting customer problems, thinking analytically to solve issues in the first contact resolution process * Being tech-savvy and able to multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently * Identifying areas of need for improvement and sharing leadership trends to help us continue to improve

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: * A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent * The ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish * Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and navigate multiple technology platforms
