**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service to patients via phone, email, and web-based interactions
* Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and concerns
* Taking ownership of every issue, from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed for clinical advisement
* Delivering best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment
* Assisting customers with insurance and copay inquiries, as well as shipping needs
* Providing technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
* Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them
* Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers
* Maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
* At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
* Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
* A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
* Experience working in a healthcare environment (desired)
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
* 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
* Experience working in a healthcare environment
* Experience with Amazon Pharmacy or similar healthcare platforms
