Our team of talented professionals is dedicated to harnessing the power of data and technology to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and create new opportunities for innovation and collaboration. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in the development of our data solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and secure data architectures that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading the development of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes, as well as collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using a range of technologies, including Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, and Python * Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions * Design and implement data models, data structures, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity * Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data solutions that meet business requirements * Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data solutions and changes to ensure data quality and governance * Ensure high functional productivity and quality of solutions to meet SLAs and support obligations to our clients (Data Science, Data Analysis groups) * Participate in agile/scrum practice to ensure team health and cycle enhancements **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field * Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries to extract insights from large datasets * Experience with distributed systems, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles * Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and version control systems, such as Git **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field * Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance principles * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of data security, data compliance, and data governance principles * Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and version control systems, such as Git **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong analytical and logical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
