**The Role**
As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be an essential part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing product-related questions, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries
* Resolve product-related issues, including shipping damage claims, order status updates, and vendor communications
* Provide product information, pricing calculations, and other relevant details to customers
* Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
* Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional support to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
* Fluency in English in speech and writing
* Fast and accurate typing skills (approximate typing speed of 40 WPM or higher)
* Proficiency in the basics of the MS Office suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the e-commerce industry
* Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and design
* Sales experience in a customer-facing role
