**The Role**
As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to our customers' needs. Your communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering a world-class customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
* Process customer orders and resolve shipping and delivery issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

* Experience in the e-commerce industry
* Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and design principles
* Sales experience and ability to upsell and cross-sell products
* Certification in customer service or a related field
