We're passionate about innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **About the Role** As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving process improvement through data analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing business recommendations based on data insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities for growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in cloud computing and data analytics * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to building a workplace that reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we serve.
