As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Product Principal - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * **Delivery and Execution (10%):** Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. * **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies. * **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** This position typically reports to a Director and has 0 direct reports. **Travel Requirements** Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. **Physical Requirements** Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
