If you share our energy for making air travel a love affair, we want to hear from you. **Job Synopsis** As a seasoned Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for blithequark's corporate travel management division. With minimal supervision, you'll exercise significant judgment to make decisions that drive steady income, leveraging our organization and corporate client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in building key business relationships with Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts, negotiating contracts, and analyzing data to ensure objective consistency and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for blithequark, providing expert guidance and support to drive revenue growth. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * Exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest possible revenue and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement negotiations, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
