You will work with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, guiding them through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. Your technical, business, and program management expertise will be applied to solve complex and challenging technology problems for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * **Value Realization**: Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of blithequark services, partner solutions, and best practices. * **Enablement**: Help customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners. * **Governance**: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of blithequark frameworks and mechanisms. * **Customer Engagement**: Directly engage with customers, partners, internal blithequark teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the blithequark Cloud. * **Project Management**: Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment. * **Knowledge Sharing**: Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the blithequark customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Solutions Manager at blithequark, you will be empowered by an inclusive environment, work/life harmony, and career advancement. Your day will be balanced between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal blithequark teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the blithequark Cloud. **Requirements** * **Certified Solution Architect, Associate level**: We are seeking a candidate who is willing to pass the Certified Solution Architect, Associate level, within the first 6 months of employment. * **Travel**: This position may require 25% - 40% travel dependent on geography and time of year. * **Technical, Business, and Program Management Expertise**: You will apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex and challenging technology problems for our customers. * **Cloud Adoption**: You will foster cloud adoption in alignment with your customer's goals. * **Problem Solving**: You will be a problem solver motivated to drive innovation through customer advocacy. **About the Team** Our Worldwide Public Sector CSMs are advocates that help customers invent and build in the cloud.
