About the Role
As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to package delivery via phone, email, or other communication channels.
 - Researching and troubleshooting problems to ensure smooth package delivery and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
 - Documenting customer interactions and package delivery information in our tracking system to maintain accurate records.
 - Collaborating with our regional facilities and delivery drivers to create an outstanding customer experience.
 - Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
 - Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving or escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
 
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful as a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
 - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers, express empathy, and resolve problems effectively.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills at 30 wpm (including 10 key).
 - The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and equipment check.
 - A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
 
In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment.
 - A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.
