Job Description: Remote Online Chat Specialist

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing timely and effective support to our clients through live chat.   • Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Promote interest in our client's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant offerings.
