Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Based in Nevada, USA, with a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, primarily between 9 am and 9 pm EST.
  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels, including email, social media, and live chat.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
