Job Summary: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Document call-related information accurately and efficiently for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, promoting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of essential and preferred qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Work Environment and Technical Requirements

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need to ensure your home workspace meets specific technical requirements.

  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only).
  • A private residence with a dedicated workspace, located at the address listed on your personnel file.
  • blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to facilitate your work.
  • A minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps, with proof of ISP meeting these requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Style

This role involves constant sedentary work, requiring you to be comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods.
