Key Responsibilities

  • Splice and waterproof coverings to protect our services from environmental factors.
  • Repair and maintain outside plant facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Climb ladders and poles as necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Customer Services Specialist at blithequark, you must possess the following:

  • A valid state driver's license, indicating your ability to travel to different job sites.
  • A non-negligent driving record, reflecting your commitment to safety on the road.
  • The ability to meet the 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions on certain equipment.
  • Keen visual acuity to perceive differences in wire and cable colors, crucial for accurate work.
  • The physical capability to lift and move up to 100lbs, demonstrating your ability to handle the demands of the job.
  • Pass our pre-employment screening, which includes the Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMT III). Study guides are available to help you prepare.

Preferred Qualifications
