About blithequark and the Role
blithequark is a renowned organization that values its partners and recognizes their contributions, leadership, and impact. As a Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, acting as ambassadors of our brand. You'll work as a cohesive team to invigorate our clients and fulfill our brand promise. Your role will be to deliver exceptional service to our Card Members visiting the blithequark Centurion Lounge, located at the IAH Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, being proactive in addressing their needs and concerns.
- Create innovative solutions to resolve client issues or worries, fostering brand loyalty and turning clients into loyal advocates.
- Utilize the Client-First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and services.
- Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, as well as travel advice and limited reservation assistance.
- Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by collaborating with our food and beverage relaxation partners.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience in handling premium clients.
- Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience.
- A passion for delighting clients with proactive solutions and exceptional service.
- Excellent relational skills, charming the client with every interaction.
- The ability to listen to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction.
- The highest level of professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- The ability to work collaboratively with partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the Card Member's experience.
- Proficiency in using the web while providing assistance in a face-to-face client environment.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be flexible.
- Capacity to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, having experience in:
- Customer service or a related field.
- Using multiple technology platforms.
- Working in a lounge or hospitality environment.
