Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Sales Associate at blithequark, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. The essential requirements for this role include:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that is provided four weeks in advance.
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

In addition to these essential requirements, we are looking for candidates who possess one or more of the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
