About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and sales strategies to drive results. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve success and grow your skills in a proactive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
  • Grow organic accounts and increase online presence
  • Reply to active leads and close sales
  • Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Advanced or Native level of English (C1-C2), a strong desire to work in sales, and a willingness to learn and grow. You will also require a fully working desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability is essential, with a minimum of 8 hours per day and 2 hours on weekends. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, but not essential. However, you must be 100% confident in your English skills to apply.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with a fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development. Our compensation package includes:

  • Hourly pay

Our average performance level earnings range from $600-$1,200 per month, with good performance level earnings ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month, and excellent performance level earnings ranging from $2,000-$3,000+ per month.
