Key Responsibilities

  • Review open tickets to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response, including whether the issue was resolved or if further action is required.
  • Email responses to customers, providing them with updates on the status of their requests and ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that all customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively, and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required, but previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticketing environment or online customer service role is an asset.
