Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services, supporting efforts to enhance patient experience by increasing awareness of healthcare services presented through blithequark.
  • Participate in events that reflect the unique communities we serve, as requested by the Supervisor, Healthcare Manager, District Manager, or Pharmacy Manager.
  • Counsel patients and answer their questions regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, and more affordable medications, referring to clinical providers as necessary.
  • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, medication therapy reviews, verification, and prescription management.
  • Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards, assisting the pharmacy manager with establishing procedures that promote the efficient workflow of the pharmacy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations and healthcare services.
