Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a professional work ethic, strong phone and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively. Active listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a compassionate and professional manner, are also essential. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications, are required, along with a minimum typing speed of 25wpm. The ability to identify and escalate priority issues, manage and update customer data, and maintain a quiet and dedicated workspace with high-speed internet are also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or French, are a plus but not required, as we value diversity and the ability to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment, is highly desirable, although we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Education and Skills
