We are seeking an experienced and skilled virtual assistant to join our team in Brazil, providing live chat support and administrative assistance to our senior leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution and implementation of ad-hoc tasks and drive continuous improvement across the team, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
- Support the organization and coordination of events, market visits, team meetings, and senior leader visits, including travel arrangements, schedule management, and logistical planning.
- Aid senior leaders with the onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including business direction, call monitoring, equipment, access, and support.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including travel planning, schedule organization, cost report preparation, and subsequent follow-ups and suggestions.
- Manage calendar activities, coordinate conferences, and oversee logistical arrangements, such as technical support, venue reservations, catering services, meeting materials, and agendas.
- Assist with key HR reporting and complex presentations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of critical information.
- Offer additional support to senior leaders with administrative tasks, contract signature process management, and reviews and administration systems access for channels.
Essential Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
