Job Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
 - Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
 - Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
 - Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
 - Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
 - Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks and complete projects, demonstrating proficiency and efficiency
 
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- No experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred
 - Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
 - High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and software applications
 - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on quality
 - Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on precision and accuracy
 - Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
 - Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
