Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to lead the development and execution of data analysis projects, leveraging a wide range of data sets to inform business decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst at Blithequark, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand key business issues, design and implement data analysis solutions, and communicate insights to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data analysis projects to inform business decisions, leveraging a wide range of data sets and analytical techniques.
• Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into business decision-making processes.
• Guide junior analysts and provide mentorship on data analysis best practices and tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
