Our Disney Music Gathering (DMG) team is the music center for Blithequark, responsible for licensing music for use in a wide range of media, including gaming, television, print, and consumer goods, as well as distributing music physically and digitally. We are now seeking an experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Digital Department. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting multiple verticals, and focusing on innovative marketing strategies, voice technology, and smart speaker marketing.
Job Summary
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and digital efforts of our Disney Music Gathering team. You will oversee the editorial placement of music on fitness apps, coordinate with select digital accounts, and direct Blithequark's efforts in opportunities involving voice technology and smart speaker marketing. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Blithequark's podcasts are delivered to podcast platforms through our corporate distribution agreement, facilitating UGC sound delivery and claiming, supervising relevant Wiki pages, and managing pivot pages and QR Codes as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Fitness Account Liaison: Track Blithequark's connections to a variety of fitness applications, such as Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms, among others. Distinguish approaches to innovatively support Blithequark discharges with wellness accomplices. To get the most relevant opportunities, take into account the unique characteristics and demographics of each platform.
 - Advanced Showcasing Drives: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to support projects, including social asset ideas, advertising ideas, and other creative marketing methods. Analyze Blithequark's voice data to see where we might be able to lean in and incrementally increase streaming consumption through voice requests and measured results.
 - Digital broadcast Conveyance: Work with inward Blithequark groups creating webcasts to see that appropriate materials are conveyed through the digital recording inventory network with Blithequark Stage Circulation Operations. Frequently measure and share podcast listening results.
 - Point Person for Select Digital Accounts: Liaise with select digital partners to market Blithequark releases for consumption on their platforms. These partnerships can include social asset ideas, advertising ideas, and other creative marketing methods. With growing new offerings, create and expand new opportunities.
 - Voice and Brilliant Speaker Advancement: Maintain a constant pulse on the most recent voice assistant technology (Siri, Alexa, Google). Make sure that an effective workflow is in place for executing creative initiatives to support projects in a timely manner.
 - UGC Library Demands and Asserting: Facilitate UGC sound delivery and claiming, supervising relevant Wiki pages, and managing pivot pages and QR Codes as needed.
 - Internal Collaboration: Make contact with members of the internal team to obtain approvals for all branded efforts. After campaigns have ended, examine and promote the outcomes. Make use of this information to help plan for the future.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Three or more years' experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry.
 - Familiarity with smart speakers and devices as well as experience working with third-party partners.
 - Passion for music; ability to multitask; attention to detail; excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills; willingness to learn proprietary software as needed; must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and other programs.
 - Bachelor's degree required.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with voice assistant technology (Siri, Alexa, Google).
 - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
 - Prior experience working in the music industry or a related field.
 
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits:
The employing range for this situation in Burbank, California is $81,100.00 to $104,800.00 each year founded on a 40-hour work week. The requirements of the business may influence the number of scheduled hours per week. The actual base pay will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's location, knowledge, skills, and experience related to the job, and other factors.
