Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Professionally answer phone calls from customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Service Standards: Communicate blithequark's service standards to customers, ensuring they understand our commitment to quality and reliability.
- Issue Escalation: Identify, escalate priority issues, and report them to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Call Routing: Efficiently route inbound calls to the appropriate resources, minimizing wait times and ensuring customers receive the support they need.
- Follow-up and Documentation: Follow up on complicated customer calls where required, complete call notes and reports, and update them in the CRM to ensure accurate records.
- Data Evaluation: Obtain and evaluate relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, contributing to the ongoing development of our customer service strategies.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
