About the Role

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the best possible support. You will work remotely, collaborating with a small team under the guidance of a team manager. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support to end-users through live-chat, responding to technical queries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also work closely with our technical team, software technicians, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our banking software and apps, including features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed to resolve technical issues, investigate problems, and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Examine technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Communication: Handle technical processes and explain them clearly to less-technical people, ensuring that clients receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Time Management: Manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitor, manage, and improve the quality of the tech support process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

To succeed as a Junior Tech Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • Dialogflow Experience: Familiarity with Dialogflow, with experience integrating it into technical support processes.
  • Mobile Phone Platforms: Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android.
  • Project Management: Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and deliver results.
  • US Banking System Knowledge: Knowledge of the US banking system, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
