  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Data Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in the identification and correction of data discrepancies.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows, and respond to inquiries regarding data status and provide support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work Experience: No prior experience required; however, any experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Database Management: Familiarity with database management or customer service is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in data.
