We are seeking an exceptional Workday Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our customer base and delivering top-notch services.

About the Role

As a Workday Sales Executive at blithequark, you will be instrumental in increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your mission will be to collaborate with customers, understand their challenges, and provide customized solutions that not only meet but exceed their needs. You will work closely with Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts to bring the latest market insights into the sales process, ensuring that our solutions are always aligned with the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Set and execute the sales strategy for assigned deals, developing Sales Win and Deal close strategies to achieve individual sales quota for the fiscal year.
  • Market Insights and Intelligence: Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other Subject Matter Experts to share market insights and bring the latest information to the sales process and product solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making, qualifying, documenting, and updating opportunity and pursuit strategy throughout the sales process.
  • Client Planning and Relationship Building: Participate in account planning with SAEs/CSLs and CDS Sales Executives, looking for new ways to expand or develop relationships leading to new opportunities.
  • Solution Development: Identify the customer's need and the most suitable strategic value propositions, potential product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models for identified target markets.
  • Demo Stage Management: Manage overlays involved in the demo stage, including Value Engineers and Solutions Architects, finalizing solutions scope and running the contracting process from a scope and solution point of view.
  • Pricing and Profit Margin: Provide input on pricing decisions, striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin.
  • Tool Utilization: Maximize the use of sanctioned tools, including but not limited to Salesforce.com.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Workday Sales Executive at blithequark, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the essential and preferred qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities.
  • Workday Technology: Understand the various components of Workday technology, with broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level.
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years of direct selling experience, with demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in Cloud solutions.
  • Complex Sales Processes: Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees.
  • Education: Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Deployment and Optimization: Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales.
  • West Coast Client Targeting: Ability to identify and target potential clients on the West Coast.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including:

  • Salary Pay Range: $128,100 - $203,300 USD.
  • Bonus and Incentive Eligibility: Determined by role and level.
