Blithequark is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our Global Equity and Stock Plan Management team. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Process the grant, vesting, and expiration of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
  • Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
  • Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation
  • Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a similar field preferred
  • Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
