Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized help for network framework and inward work area systems programming and equipment
  • Enter, update, and verify data accurately in various systems and databases
  • Introduce, arrange, and investigate work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues
  • Maintain passwords, information integrity, and record framework security
  • Offer technical support to PC framework clients, answering questions and resolving issues via phone, email, or remote access
  • Provide assistance with the utilization of PC equipment and programming, including printing, establishment, venture frameworks, email, and working frameworks
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and programming as needed
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issues were settled totally
  • Finish administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues

Core Responsibilities:

Client Care and Issue Resolution

  • Answer client care demands and determine the specialized assistance issue (i.e., programming or equipment related)
  • Communicate with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve the issues
  • Investigate distinguished issues by getting clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project notebook) to recognize arrangements and work with goal

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to impart profoundly specialized data to both specialized and non-specialized clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server)
  • Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and different Internet browsers (liked)

  • Previous experience in technical support, network administration, or a related field
