Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from business people and leaders, understanding their needs and recommending the right blithequark products and services
• Provide detailed information about blithequark products and services, highlighting features, benefits, and other relevant details
• Continuously develop key sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, managing objections, and closing deals
• Deliver exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a timely and efficient manner
• Record critical account information according to established procedures and guidelines
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

• At least two years of customer care experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities in a virtual setting
