Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.

System Requirements

To work effectively as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to maintain the following system requirements:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
  • Headset compatible with blithequark specifications.
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).

Training Schedule

As a new Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, including:

  • Paid training period, with attendance and participation required.
  • Tech setup and orientation on your first day.
  • Six weeks of training, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET.
