**Job Summary**
As a Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing exceptional service and support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues, including but not limited to, CRM software, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures
* Provide expert-level support to customers, stores, and partners, while also promoting blithequark's products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including but not limited to, first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on product and service offerings
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field preferred
* Effective completion of any required training or certification programs
