Your key responsibilities will include: * Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to credit card payments and accounts, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other routine requests. * Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries. **Minimum Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Ability to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule * Willingness to be on camera at all times * US-based role only **Preferred Qualifications** * 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Banking customer service experience **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. * Has little or no role in decision-making. * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. * Works under close supervision. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends * On-camera work environment * US-based role with equal employment opportunities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
