**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medicaid and Medicare Support**

**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Aetna Medicaid members and providers, providing timely and accurate assistance with a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every caller receives an exceptional experience, every time.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from Aetna Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
* Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our members and providers
* Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
* Work from home, with occasional visits to our office in Richmond, VA
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
