If you're passionate about our mission and want to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you. **The Role** As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese * Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team * Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team * Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary **What You'll Love** * **Mission**: This work is incredibly humbling. This position will begin at 20 hours per week and has the potential to ramp up to 40 hours a week depending on need and volume. * **Flexibility**: This is a remote contract role, so you can work from anywhere in the world. **What We're Looking For** * **Passion**: First and foremost, we're looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission.
