Our team is dedicated to creating a positive and delightful experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. **The Role** As a Chat Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective support through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for platform enhancements.
