**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative III, your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer service, driving sustainable business growth through:
* Responding to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
* Opening service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
* Managing telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly
* Reviewing open service requests and bringing them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner
* Helping to manage new machine installations, moves, and decommissioning
* Ensuring all project information is updated in Salesforce
* Managing quotes being sent to customers and processing them through to the Order Entry team for order creation
* Coordinating repairs and technical support with field personnel and scheduling workload accordingly
* Keeping customers regularly informed of service request progress
**Education & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position
* Experience in customer service is essential, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Position Details**
* Pay Rate / Range: $18-$23
* The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions.
