**Experienced HRIS Data Entry Associate – Global Mobility and HR Technology Expert**

We are now seeking an experienced HRIS Data Entry Associate to join our team in New York, working in a hybrid role that combines the excitement of a dynamic work environment with the flexibility of remote work. **Job Summary:** As an HRIS Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support for various HR processes. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless execution of HR operations, leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** ### Global Mobility Team (50%) * Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and process vendor payments in PEGA, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. * Process Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card) and review employee expense reimbursement requests in AssignmentPro. * Access AssignmentPro to review employee expense reimbursement requests, checking receipts and requested amounts for approval by the Mobility Manager or Senior Manager. * Perform various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees, including I9 E-verification processes. * Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. ### HR Technology and Analysis Team (50%) * Enter new hire data, terms, and data changes into Success Factors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Conduct data entry and auditing for discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations, working closely with the HR Technology and Analysis Team. * Prepare user guides and documentation required during data entry activities, ensuring clear and concise instructions. * Collaborate with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing and implementation phases for Position Management, performance cycles, recruitment modules, and other HR projects. * Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations. **Essential Qualifications:** * Japanese and English bilingual skills required. * Knowledge of SAP systems, including PEGA, Concur, and Success Factors Employee Central. * Exposure and understanding of HR operations, preferably in a global company setting. * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access. * Quick learner with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals. * Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines. * Organized and autonomous, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Attention to detail and customer-oriented with a flexible approach. * Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities. * 1+ years of Success Factors experience, preferably in a global company setting. * 1+ years of PEGA and Concur experience, preferably in a global company setting. **What's on Offer:** * Highly competitive hourly rate. * Long-term 12-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office). * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. * Fantastic company culture with a diverse and inclusive work environment. * Medical and dental benefits provided from day one. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
