Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our Operations team. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time. This is a remote position, working from your home office, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries * Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations * Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage * Successfully demonstrating blithequark's core values: + Customer first: fulfills customer needs with compassion + Self-motivated: takes initiative and commits to the task at hand + Teamwork: promotes unity over self + Continuous improvement: strives for daily growth **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred * Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, and write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions * Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred * Computer skills, including basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm * A reliable internet connection, with a private network and no VPNs allowed * A Speed Test result from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net) **Benefits and Compensation** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * Competitive compensation * Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs * Ancillary benefits, including dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment * 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment * PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment * Employee Assistance Program **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
