Customer Support VA for an E-commerce Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)
Job Description
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, including details about meat cuts and seasonings.
• Handle escalated issues such as shipping delays, incorrect or missing items, and delivery concerns.
• Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with established company guidelines.
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times.
• Log and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Meet or exceed service level targets, including response time and resolution quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support efficiency continuously and customer satisfaction.
Skill Set
• Open to Filipinos residing in the Philippines. • Excellent written English skills with a professional, empathetic tone. • Previous customer support or VA experience required (e-commerce a strong plus). • Proficient with live chat/ticketing systems (HubSpot preferred, but training provided). • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
