About the Role

As a Process Analyst at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvements across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that processes are aligned with business goals and objectives. Your expertise will help us develop and implement process improvement initiatives, track progress, and report on results to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation.
  • Participate in End-to-End process transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement new processes.
  • Drive process mining and task mining projects with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation of updated processes, procedures, and work instructions to drive process standardization and improve efficiency.
  • Establish metrics to track and report on process performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize process improvement initiatives and develop business cases to justify investments in new technologies or process improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of process changes and provide training and support to facilitate successful adoption of new processes.
  • Proactively manage small to medium projects, and assist Program/Project Managers in executing tasks on larger projects.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Process Management or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience with Process Mining software.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and notation (BPMN).
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
