About the Role: Process Coordinator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Process Coordinator to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Process Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing and distribution processes. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and documentation to guarantee compliance with company specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality specifications are met on a timely basis.
  • Assist Supervisor with assigning employees to work stations and provide guidance on quality standards.
  • Inspect and audit orders for accuracy, content, and specifications using various systems.
  • Evaluate process/product through required inspections to ensure conformity to standardized process specifications and quality standards.
  • Determine acceptability of product and/or process with respect to company standards and specifications.
  • Assist Supervisor in Root Cause analysis of Quality/Accuracy issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform various clerical functions, including filing, record-keeping, and maintenance of reports.
  • Input information into computer systems and verify data accuracy.
  • Assist with periodic verification of flow racks for accuracy and line clearance process.
  • Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
  • Perform various other duties as assigned, including assisting with the training of new employees.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
  • Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading, and writing.
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic and ability to navigate computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet.
  • Minimum of one-year Quality Coordinator or Distribution experience (for Distribution) or Production experience (for Manufacturing) preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and demonstrate leadership ability.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends, and be available to work all shifts.
  • Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Experience with Root Cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with GMP's and safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00 to $32.00, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
