Key Responsibilities: Driving E-commerce Excellence

  • Gather, Organize, and Update Product Information: Ensure our e-commerce platform is populated with accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
  • Source High-Quality Product Images: Obtain high-quality product images from various suppliers, adhering to our established quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely information is available on our website.
  • Maintain Consistency and Accuracy: Ensure product details and images are consistent and accurate across all product listings, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Research and Implement Content Improvements: Continuously research and implement improvements in content quality and presentation to optimize customer engagement and conversion.
  • Assist in Inventory Accuracy: Cross-reference data and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management, applying this knowledge to drive our content strategy forward.
  • Lead a Small Team of Project Assistants: Manage and organize a small group of project assistants, guiding them to achieve project goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Data Entry and Content Management Systems: Experience with data entry and content management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.

  • Image Editing Software and Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with image editing software and basic graphic design skills to enhance product images.
