Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, following written guidelines and specifications for each product, to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Inspect products for inconsistencies and package finished goods to be sent off to customers, adhering to established quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Cross-train to other workstations to enable rotation of work and achieve production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, GMP, QSR/ISO, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing production needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing facility, preferably in a production line environment.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret written policies and procedures, complete paperwork correctly, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve goals.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, recognize good quality, and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working on a production line, operating machinery, and handling raw materials and finished goods.
• Familiarity with QSR/ISO, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and safety.
